INSPECTION
All inspections are conducted by industry trained and certified inspectors. Certifications are by the Exterior Design Institute and the American Wall & Ceiling Institute. The inspections follow the ASTM 2128-17 protocols for stucco and stone evaluations and forensic testing.
The inspections are designed to determine if underlying damage caused by the lack of and or failed flashings and detailing exists. We will thoroughly evaluate these systems and provide a detailed report to determine what needs to be repaired to help protect the property. STUCCO OVERSIGHT INSPECTIONS
This is a repair monitoring inspection service. Our experts evaluate flashings, window and door installation as well as all required detailing. Monitoring the contractors repair process is critical. The process helps to determine the extent of the property’s underlying damage and identifies the most suitable repair method. We have performed repair oversight inspection on numerous homes and commercial buildings to ensure that the work is performed to industry standards and codes.

A qualified oversight inspector must monitor the repairs to ensure damaged areas are corrected and required construction codes are followed. We also encourage having regular follow-up inspections at least three years after new construction or repair.
